Mr. White is an experienced Portfolio Manager for several of ICF’s utility clients. He got his start managing several Home Performance with ENERGY STAR (HPwES) programs for various clients in Maryland and Delaware in addition to the Quick Home Energy Check-up (QHEC) and Limited Income Energy Efficiency (LIEEP) programs in Maryland. He continues to provide leadership and guidance over those programs. Mr. White moved into the management of energy efficiency programs after working as a construction field manager for 5 years. His experience working with subcontractors proved invaluable in his previous responsibilities at ICF and continues to serve him well in his current role. In his role as a portfolio manager, Mr. White ensures that all the residential programs within the portfolio are collectively contributing to the overall annual goal while delivering excellent client service.

Mr. White is an experienced manager of several of ICF International’s Energy Efficiency Programs. He has experience managing several Home Performance with ENERGY STAR (HPwES) programs for various clients in Maryland and Delaware. In addition, he also manages the Quick Home Energy Check-up (QHEC) programs in Maryland and previously oversaw the Limited Income Energy Efficiency Program for the largest utility in Maryland. Mr. White moved into the management of energy efficiency programs after working as a construction field manager for 5 years. His experience working with subcontractors has proven invaluable in his current responsibilities at ICF International. All of the programs that Mr. White manages have seen significant growth due to the improved processes he has implemented.
