John worked for me for one year covering for my Financial Director who was on maternity leave. In that short period of time, John became an intergral part of the senior team carrying out not only the role of chief financial controller with ease, but also a myriad of other tasks, (as you do in a small company) including a complete office move, which he coordinated successfully. John is a professional senior manager who has board experience, understands the running of a business and a keen interest in IT. He is trustworthy, has an extremely positive outlook and a very likeable manner which allows him to integrate well into teams. I would have no hesistation in recommending John.
