  Carmel, IN I started Digitech Custom Audio, Video and Security with my business partner, Mark Vyain, who is currently the sole owner of Digitech Custom Audio & Video. After five years, Mark Vyain and I built the annual sales, to approximately 2.5 million. I sold my interest in Digitech Custom Audio & Video in August of 1994 and started a new company called Integrated Home Technologies, Inc. which was located on the north side of Indianapolis.
