John reported directly to me when I was the CEO at Whistle. One of the key skills in operations is planning and that is John’s superpower. He has the foresight to plan for both long term, short term, poke holes in his plans and come up with alternative Plan B, C, D just in case. Whatever happens, I know he got a plan even for those unlikely scenarios! John is dedicated, self-motivated, and methodical. John is a great manager who boosts the morale of his team and brings out the best in them. He’s always watching out for them and ensuring they have the right tools to succeed at their jobs. As his manager, I appreciate his dedication, his positive attitude, our open and sometimes difficult conversations for the betterment of the business. Most importantly, I appreciate his humor. No matter how tense a meeting gets, John would sprinkle his humor and made sure everyone left with a smile! I would love to work with him again if the opportunity arises.

More over he is very product oriented and understands technological issues. A great addition to any organization, particularly in the consumer electronics sector.
