Worked on a £40 million re platforming project using a mixture of internal, external and 3rd party vendorsAs a Scrum Master I worked with 6 different teams over 2 years including a mix of on and offshore teams. The teams I worked with all increased in there Agile maturity, quality, predictability and velocity. I am especially proud of the offshore team I worked with who became the strongest team on the project as highlighted by the CTO.As a Product Owner my main role was to prioritise all user stories for the program and manage various customer expectations. This gave me a much greater in site into how to support and coach Product Owners in the future. I was successful in the role supporting the Project through a tricky refinancing period.As an Agile Coach I provided training throughout the organisation from people new to Agile all the way up to seasoned pros. I also mentored the junior Scrum Masters and worked with the senior management team throughout the project. I also worked with the 3rd Party vendors in order to help increase the agility of releases being given.

I mainly worked on contact centre software at first as the QA Manager where I was the Test Manager for a 2000 seat contact centre release, before the Agile Transformation I spear headed with the Development Manager a year later when I became Scrum Master. As a Scrum Master I was awarded employee of the quarter for my passion towards continuous improvement, this was an Organisation new to Agile and so enforcing the Scrum Guide was key to its success along with facilitating all the Scrum Ceremonies. Over time the team became more confident and used more advance techniques such as ATDD and TDD.As a Quality Assurance Manager I worked through the Agile Transformation process with the Development Manager. We did this through lots of reading and training before running a pilot project before doing a full switch over to Scrum. This shortened the release cycle from 2 years to 3 months within the first year. By the time I left new features started to be released every 2 weeks.
