This has been long overdue. It was a real pleasure to work and to report to John. Great personality and poeple skills. Technical and knowledgeble he was able to put toghether a team of engineers and specialists that was one of the best on the entire GM. Glad I had the chance to work in that team and be part of big projects like PFCN and AGV. John's strong technical and business background helped him complete numerous challenging projects and start a new business that seems to be really succesful. Adrian

John not only knows the system technologies, but he has a great understanding of integrating them into the Lean manufacturing process. John is also aware of growing and coaching his team members in a Lean manufacturing environment, developing their Lean knowledge and allowing them to acheive their business goals. John truly understands Lean Manufacturing, engaging his people, and supporting the shop floor.
