Operations stared with 6 trucks and we grew the business to over 300 trucks within one year. The Company split into two divisions in 2013; however, the declining environment starting in 2013 which continued through 2015, resulted in this entity to ceasing operations.

  Chief Financial Officer that directed all finance, IT systems, and accounting functions for the nation’s largest leasing company with annual revenues in excess of $300 million with multiple offices located throughout Texas. Assembled and led a team of 30 corporate employees encompassing the controller, finance department, IT, and HR. OPERATIONAL AND FINANCIAL ACHIEVEMENTS • Restructured, consolidated, and automated the accounting processes using ADP within 6 months which improved accounting controls and provided timely and more accurate financial statements. • Streamlined the accounting process resulting in the collection of $14 million of outstanding receivables and reduced contract funding to less than 7 days. • Implemented a cash management system that allowed the payoff of a $3 million line of credit within 6 months, eliminated monthly bank charges of $17K, and eliminated need for all future borrowings. • Spearheaded change in commission structure and established best practice guidelines for the sales department by the end of my first year which increased sales volume by 20% and increased salesmen retention rate. • Guided CEO through extensive risk assessment and renegotiated all insurance coverage to match operational needs and reduced annual premiums by $100K. • Setup a fully funded self-insured Health and Benefit Plan and 401K plan for 225 employees. • Directed and oversaw the development of the “Cartrack” software system that was specifically designed with the focus on improving sales, document control and regulation compliance, inventory control, and information reporting which increased sales volume, and reduced losses on inventory trades. • Worked with CEO to obtain bank financing to buy-out majority owner.
