  Started off as a server assistant. Worked as expo and bar back. Became a server for a year and half. Bartending training and actually bar tendering shifts for about 8 months, followed by another year of full time bartender. Craft cocktails (classics and personally created) and wine knowledge were the main points of by education, I focused more on the creation and infusion of different drinks and menu ideas.
