      In January 2018 after the demise of CVOA, was part of the team that started the FIZ, a Tampa FDO based agent feedback pod to fill in the void left by CVOA. We started and implemented a successful model of having team captains doing a vetting process on the suggestion before sending ideas to the SharePoint site we set up.Processed and worked over 1200 submissions with 70 items brought to change control and spearheaded over 200 impactful wins for the company on the behalf of agents.Established a SharePoint with permissions to allow the owners of the FIZ full access to edit, add, delete and change the site, while having team captains able to add new suggestions to only one part of the site. At peak there were 600 agents in FAST that could use the FIZ.Created key performance indicators (KPI) within SharePoint to collect feedback for quality and assurance with a life to date of 98% satisfied.Transitioned over all SharePoint processes to Google Forms and Google Sheets when that became the new primary tool.Maintain FIZ shared mailbox with daily communications.Managed FIZ daily submissions to apply scrum techniques to grade, value, estimate, and prioritize items.
