  -Electro-mechanical pumps require both electrical and mechanical engineering. -Responsibilities include testing, instruction writing, CAD design of jigs, PCB population, and service diagnostics. -Returned controller board diagnosis, checking values and components as well as retesting for successful repairs. -Assembly of smart pumps, includes test setups, pump intake for service, diagnostics, repair, inspection, and testing. -High voltage testing, controllers, value checks, and resoldering. Testing of pumps including sound, pressure, flow, electrical values, durability, shake, submersion, and temperature testing. -Design testing and production jigs in CAD. 2+ years working with Solidworks and Autocad. Exposure to Catia and familiarity with Slicers. -Familiar with testing and designing to SAE, IEC, and ISO.
