It has been a pleasure to work with Johnathan on an evaluation of a project for Audiences Central. Although the closure of Audiences Central threw a series of administrative and emotional challenges at Johnathan during the time that we worked together, he was consistently professional, focused and committed to getting the job done well. He tackled every new challenge as it arose, and with a determination that the project would not suffer. This certainly made my role straightforward, and I know that it was appreciated by the local organisations that he was working with too.

Jonathan is a compassionate and positive professional who sees the wider picture and route maps towards the future. He is personable, engaging and robustly intelligent, and enables others to give their best. Jonathan is modest in respect of his own artistic talents, which are considerable, most notably in the field of the visual arts.
