  Australias largest Derivatives and Debt securities marketplace and the first international CEF to penetrate the US market., Main Roles Included:- Onboarding new participants (dealers and clients) integrating their front end systems (E.G Blackrock Aladdin, CRD, ION, Calypso + many more) with Yieldbroker DEBTS and FIX messaging and setting up STP functionality through to Markitwire or their relevant EFP brokers (account mapping and permissioning both internal and external)- Completing data extraction and reporting (both on a project and adhoc basis) analyzing the Yieldbroker trade database and writing reports (SQL, Excel, VBA, Crystal Reports, BIRT) for both internal and external stakeholders.- Resolving trade and trade related discrepancies with both counterparties through analysis of the trade information, legal guidelines and Yieldbroker operating rules. Maintaining a very high level of understanding of the electronic trading platform (Yieldbroker DEBTS) and executing trades in Markitwire when required.- Implementing and monitoring controls on the electronic trade lifecycle for a variety of fixed income products including bonds (Gov/Semi, Supra, Corp), Bank Bills, interest rate swaps (including vanilla, basis,) forward rate agreements and repos (AU and NZ products to a global customer base)- Implementing, monitoring and developing Yieldbrokers’ trade surveillance system across the entire platform and across all product classes directly reporting into the regulator.- Working in partnership closely with Business Development, IT and other MO teams to implement and test new systems, processes and controls across all facets of the business.- Ensuring new product releases are implemented smoothly from an operational standpoint and that trader feedback is acknowledged and pushed out to the relevant parts of the business (JIRA)- Trader communication voicing swaps pricing on the order book pre-trade also post trade information (Cover, Best Bid/Offer)
