Respond to day to day support calls in reactive or proactive environment. Much of my work day is spent working through issues or managing projects as they are assigned. I work in a NOC environment and also discuss with customers new technical ideas to help their business. Much of my time is engineering and consultant focused with an attention to customer satisfaction.Part of rotating on call support to fix customer emergency issues. In this organization I wear many hats. I design, install, and maintain network environments from working with the end user on a desktop related issues to implementing new network and data center infrastructures. I specialize in network design and network security.
