  Providing assistance and support for T.L. Ashford products (Barcode400 and TLAForms) as well as their installation, updates, and maintenance. Helping customers implement our packages, in addition to configuring and operating barcode printers and scanners. As a Tech Writer, I craft manuals and instruction guides for our software packages, build a library of documentation both for customers and in-house use by other technicians, and maintain an internal webpage directing other technicians to those documents. Also, as Compliance Specialist, I respond to requests regarding compliance labeling, requirements and specifications for customers. Part of this duty entails keeping a library of over 550 company's labeling guides and logistics information. And lastly, aid T.L. Ashford customers meet compliance requirements of their customers using our Barcode400 and TLAForms applications. Show less
