      Oversee the administrative management of a nonprofit dedicated to workforce training of opportunity youth and creating reentry opportunities for those persons who were previously incarcerated. I write, secure, implement and constantly evaluate public and private grants. Climb CDC has assisted opportunity youth through the Department of Labor's Workforce Innovations and Opportunity Act grant, the YouthBuild Program, AmeriCorps, and Conservation/GulfCorps Programs.
