John was a participant of mine in an intensive 5-day training program conducted in Singapore. The workshop focused on having the individual understand themselves through a series of challenging and impactful processes, and it was from his participation in this workshop that I was able to experience the kind of person he is. During that week, John created a lot of value for himself and for others around him. He showed that he is open to new concepts and points of view; he is authentic in his communication and connection with others; he steps up when the situation requires that he needs to; and he speaks his mind while being empathetic to others’ perspectives. To his credit, John won the respect of the multi-cultural group through just being his kind-hearted, responsible, supportive self, and it’s no surprise to see John produce extra-ordinary results in his life.
