As Chief Technology Officer at SentryOne, my responsibilities included the development and delivery of our on-premises and SaaS solutions, and working our Product Management group to establish roadmaps, capabilities, and desired outcomes. I also work with the engineering teams to efficiently deliver the product capabilities as specified by our Product department. The engineering department was over 65 people at its peak. - Participated in preparation for seeking investment and initial discussions with potential investors. - Responsible for the technical due diligence response during the SolarWinds acquisition, which went smoothly and was a major factor in the successful acquisition process. - Drove multiple process improvements, including updates to branching strategies, testing approaches, DevOps, and security processes for open source and software vulnerabilities. - Oversaw the evolution of our solutions to SaaS technologies. This included modernization of the technical stack and adoption of new architectural approaches.
