Having encouraged John to join Charles Tyrwhitt several years ago as initially a Store Manager, I saw him grow from strength to strength - and quickly - both broadening his skills and deepening his expertise. He joined the company's Senior Leadership Team two years ago and became a trusted adviser and a very well-respected executioner of strategic projects. These involved a retail change management programme which drove increased sales and conversion across the entire store portfolio and another change management initiative to get every business function business behind the importance and significance of data protection in readiness for the GDPR live date of May 2018. John is a voracious learner and has a strong and proven appreciation of all the elements that are required to deliver transformational change whenever and wherever it is required.
