I’m quite nervous around medical issues so I have always wanted private medical coverage just in case the unthinkable happens but I have also always thought it to be too costly for me and been slightly dubious about rewards incentivised policies as usually the rewards are not worth it. However, that was before you introduced me to Vitality and not only the amazing health care coverage they offer for a really reasonable cost, but also the outstanding perks, rewards and money back schemes in place. I could rave for hours about the basically free latest apple watch you get as an active member, along with the free coffee every week from Nero’s, money off coffee beans for my machine, cash back at Waitrose, money off spa days, memberships and all sorts of other goods and experiences, all accessible and trackable via a really simple app - they really have nailed their customer experience and you are an impeccable brand ambassador for them as you and your personal level of service has consistently been second to none, and I know that you are someone that genuinely cares about your customers & the service they receive from Vitality. Aside from the perks, the main reason for taking a policy is obviously the health care aspect which is quite frankly, incredible. I recently had a health scare that I did not feel was dealt with in a timely manor by my regular GP nor did they provide a satisfactory response. With Vitality, the response time & support was outstanding. I can’t tell you the relief of being able to access such an efficient service – good health is one thing you can’t buy, but having a Vitality policy definitely affords you more time, as you can ensure any problem, no matter how small, is dealt with considerately and with a superb level of efficiency. I will of course continue to recommend the benefits of Vitality & the excellent service they provide on to all my friends, family & contacts alike.
