  Reviewing contracts, contacting customers, checking materials at job sites, Answering customer questions and concerns, contacting my suppliers on current pricing, arranging material deliveries and pickups, doing customer "walk arounds", creating punch lists, setting up material orders and repairs, calming customers and reassuring them that they made the correct choice in choosing us to do their work, make certain the dump trailers are positioned accordingly so homeowners can access their property during the construction process, communicating effectively with the crews, making sure the cleanup is impeccable, making certain that the customer is satisfied, walk around the jobsite with customer before the job begins to find out things such as underground septic tanks so not to drive machinery over, automatic sprinkler systems and what times they come on. I probably missed a few things, but you must always keep in mind that every property has different issues. Covering pools and protecting AC units from damage and also working around well groomed landscaping where customers spend many thousands on plants and shrubbery. getting to my jobsites early, being visible to neighbors walking their dogs, jogging, taking their kids to school. just being visible will incite new people for new business. One thing I think is very important is taking photos before any job starts so if after the job is complete I can compare to see if anything was damaged or overlooked and sometimes the customer may not realize or believe that the damage was pre-existing and claiming that my crew was the culprit until I show them the date the photo was taken. articles that were broken or cracked beforehand like driveways, flower pots, wind chimes, lower level window cracks, stucco damage, tattered fascia and so on.

  I began my association with ABC Supply back in New York in 2002 as warehouse personnel. I then transferred to Purvis Mississippi after Hurricane Katrina hit to provide assistance in the effort to rebuild New Orleans. I found it uplifting to volunteer for Habitat for Humanity in the process. I then transferred to Baton Rouge, LA as a Delivery Service Manager for ABC Supply. I wanted to be more assertive and personal so I joined forces with Premier South Roofing. In this manner I can service individual homeowners with the care necessary to make the job fit the individuals needs. I love the fact that I monitor every job from A to Z. From inspecting to reading blue prints. From creating accurate estimates to project manager and everything in between.
