  1. Ensures movements in inventory items are properly documented, checking discrepancies between computed and actual ending inventory, if any.2. Provides inventory reports for management use on a monthly basis. These include Inventoriable Cost of items in Central Kitchen/Warehouse in Cavite as well as CFI's off-island warehouses.3. Costs all items received during the month.4. Computes the unit cost of all inventory items, including items requiring processing such as Frozen Dough and Repacked Items.5. Provides monthend inventory reports for CFI's branches, including Food Cost and Ending Inventory Cost.6. Journalizes inventory-related entries for CK warehouses and J.Co stores, such as Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), Uniform Expense, Store Supplies, Marketing Cost, Training Cost, Interbranch Transfers, Transfers from Warehouse to Stores, Interwarehouse Transfers and Returns to Warehouse from Stores. These monthly transactions are recorded in the company-used system Accustom.7. Performs audit and reconciliation of all inventory accounts and subaccounts.8.
