      Provide the deck plate expertise and leadership for the RAAF Fleet Integration Team (FIT) effort at NAS Whidbey Island. Specific justifications for this billet include: • Experienced manager, team leader. • Possess USN Growler FIT experience. • Provide requirements support, and conduct student assessments and evaluations to include analysis, database tracking, and development of progress briefings, recommendations and reports. • Develop, coordinate, track, report, and make appropriate analysis and recommendations to PMA265 with regard to Case execution, meeting milestones, and general progress reporting. • Ensure optimum use of all available resources and provide recommendations on enhancements for any requirements and procedures to the training program and FIT activities leading up to and execution of the OT&E period. • Continuously be a crucial component of the planning and execution of the RAAF FIT effort. In summation, provide expert level advice and guidance to PMA265 and CVWP on all activities associated with the FIT, and execution of the training program across the full spectrum of aircrew and maintenance training in accordance with policies and constraints.
