With the national chapter of Physicians for Social Responsibility, created an advocacy toolkit to help chapters across the US advocate for building decarbonization. Contributed to research on public health and environmental justice as a member of Dr. Bonnie Keeler's lab. Helped design an interactive "environmental justice atlas," entailing a map of pollution sources in Minnesota overlaid with socioeconomic data. Studied health impacts of agricultural nitrate pollution in public waters and contributed to a meta-analysis of relevant literature. Wrote one and edited multiple chapters of a toolkit to help students, staff and faculty dismantle academic racism and bridge the university-community gap.
