Year Up is a one year I.T based program to help urban young adults get their foot in the doors of the corporate world. Showing us the basic skills needed to survive in a professional environment. For the first 6 months we sit in classes such as IT, Customer Service, Work force development and Business writing. Those classes prepare us for what to expect during our internship. The next 6 months we are on our internship where we get a chance to display our talents and skills and prove to ourselves that we are ready for the cooporate world.
