I had the pleasure of working with John twice on investment property projects, and both experiences were fantastic. John first helped me build my very first investment property as a building team leader, and his expertise and leadership made the process smooth and hassle-free. He was always available to answer my questions and offer guidance along the way. When I needed to find a builder for another project, John once again stepped up to the plate and did an excellent job. He was there to help me through the entire process, and his industry knowledge and connections were invaluable in finding the perfect match for my needs. I learned a lot from John, and I'm so grateful for his professionalism, expertise, and commitment to making sure I was happy with the final result. I highly recommend John to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and reliable building professional.

I have been fortunate to have worked with John for a number of years across a few different opportunities and projects, his demonstrated commitment to client satisfaction throughout a development project has been exemplary. John sets himself a personal goal to be responsive, solve problems and address any issues that arrive as quickly as possible whilst offering his experience to guide the process for clients as smoothly as possible. His attention to detail and quality is well respected by me as his ability to listen and execute.

Secure. Develop. Supply. Australia is in the midst of one of the worst housing crises ever in our history. Affordable supply of new housing is desperately needed in many communities across the country, both metropolitan and regional. 888 Group are primarily focused on residential land subdivisions and residential housing projects (including terraces and townhouses) to supply the much-needed affordable housing in these markets. Our projects are spread across QLD and VIC at present, with future goals to expend into SA and NSW if supply vs. demand criteria present the need. Show less

www.gordonsoccerclub.com.au Gordon Soccer Club on Sydney’s Upper North Shore has brought football to local players in our community for over 50 years. The club of approximately 340 players caters for our junior boys and girls in mixed and girls competitions from Under 6 to Under 18, with Mens competition teams in All Ages and Over 45’s. We draw the majority of our players from Gordon East Public School, Killara Public School and Killara High School. We welcome any players to our community, even if you’re not local. Most of our teams are in the junior age groups and we promote the opportunity for the children to participate, have fun and enjoy their soccer with the friends they make at school or in the local area. The club has a community atmosphere, with play being enjoyed by all those playing, coaching and spectating. This is an important part of the club’s culture and one that has been enjoyed for decades by those who are involved with our club. Our 2021 Vision is to be a club of over 400 players made up of players predominantly from our local community. We strive to be a progressive and community-focused club that prioritises the player experience, building our community and developing our players. Our Mission to achieve this Vision is to partner with the Northern Suburbs Football Association (NSFA), local business and community members. Together, we will make football simple, fun and rewarding. Show less

As the BDM for PHG Australia, my role focuses on the professionals we work with. I manage all aspects of the relationship between our business and our client, often acting as a sales support whenever they have an investing client needing a house & land, dual-income, dual-occupancy or duplex build. ***WE ARE BUSINESS TO BUSINESS ONLY*** - we do not have investment clients of our own and we do not provide property advice/sell property to investors directly. This is done deliberately to avoid any conflict of interest and allows our client to firmly cement their relationship with their client. We source land opportunities in the best investment markets in Australia and arrange quotes from builders on our panel for the appropriate construction. Throughout the process, we act as the communications channel between the builder and the investment professional. This enables us to secure commissions, provide work for the building industry and assist developers in moving their investment appropriate land. Show less
