I have been working with John for three years, and when he joined our previous company I was just about to start my new role as a team leader. To this day, I still think that his presence made me a better manager that I could have ever been without him, as together with growing a strong friendship, I got to learn a lot from him from a professional point of view. John is the type of manager you want to hire if you care about your people before your workers. He is patient, funny, he has an incredible empathy and communication skills. He is a colleague you can always rely on, he never says no to a new project and he is keen to start his own, involving other coworkers and being always open to feedback. When passionate about something, he would put in all his efforts to accomplish his goal, even if this means dedicating his personal time to it as well. I will miss our time together as colleagues, as I am sure I could have learned even more from his attitude and experience. Good luck for everything!

I had the pleasure of working with John for around 1-2 years at Booking.com. We worked closely together in my position as Trainer for new Hires, some of them joining his team. Throughout this time I was again and again impressed with his professionalism, commitment, efficiency and can-do attitude.
