I teach Supervisors and Managers about investigations and inspections, I develop Fire-Smart & Emergency Response plans for worksites, Coach internal clients regarding due diligence, legislative compliance and best practice solutions. I work with external clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate services. The goal is to generate buy-in and to change people’s behaviours and move the safety culture forward.
