I am pleased to provide this recommendation for John. John has an extensive background in finance and his knowledge and expertise have proven invaluable to me in understanding the financial impact of employee benefit offerings on the financial health of an organization. John was instrumental in assisting our organization to meet the changing and challenging needs of the pandemic landscape. One particular strength that stands out for me is that John always remains calm and cool-headed, no matter the circumstances. He has adapted to not only managing finances for our organization, but overseeing IT and facility needs.

I have been a member of the DDRB for nearly five years. During that time, I have had the opportunity to work with John in his role as the Finance Director. John is a skilled accountant, and he is very detail orientated and thorough. His financial reports and projections have been invaluable to the Board in its decision making process. John has been a tremendous asset for the DDRB and the DD community in St. Charles County.
