This includes optimizing schedules, troubleshooting problems as they arise on location, ensuring files are submitted on time, and providing ongoing training and critique.I oversee the post-production process daily, ensuring that files make it from our photographers, to our editor, and ultimately to our client on time, generally within 24 hours of the appointment.As needed, I find, interview, and onboard new photographers.
