You will have no unpleasant surprises, and you may have many pleasant ones. Having spent many years as a video writer-producer, his knowledge of the production business is vast, and he remembers virtually everything, including what he and you had for lunch on the fourth Tuesday of January, 1995. John knows what works and what doesn't, and he knows exactly what's involved in making high-end, top-notch visual communication products.
