  Perform a wide variety of tasks, including: Ensuring compliance with federal law as well as SEC and MSRB regulation regarding municipal securities; and Managing internal controls to protect against fraud and identity theft. Acted as project manager for a number of large undertakings, including: Wholesale transfer to a new program manager and record keeper. This included the transfer of assets from the former program manager, overseeing the training of a new staff, and developing and implementing a robust account owner communications plan. Implementation of a new savings program created by legislation to assist disabled individuals to save and pay for living expenses, required equipment, and other necessities, including creation of a Request for Proposals for program and investment managers, implementation of a plain-language disclosure document, and oversight of staff training.
