  -Solely responsible for producing, improving and adding new reports across the company for senior managers and operational managers. Involved delivering daily, weekly and monthly operational and performance reports to tight timescales. Included delivering profit and other types of analysis, quickly responding to ad-hoc queries from managers and reporting on marketing promotions. -Created automatic operational reports that connected to SQL Server from Excel. It utilised T–SQL views created via SSMS. The daily and weekly reports used pivot tables on technician performance with RAG conditional formatting and advanced Excel formulas. The report allowed operational managers to manage the number of jobs technicians were receiving and calculated bonus payments for technicians based on weekly job performance. -Established a project to introduce, install and migrate reports into SSRS (with parameters in stored procedures) and developed several new reports for Marketing to drive promotions and measure promotion performance to increase revenue.
