The Performance Marketing Manager has primary responsibility for growing the volume of marketing qualified leads, which is critical for the success of the Sales Team and for the overall company. Responsibilities include all aspects of planning, executing, tracking, and optimizing marketing lead generation campaigns across all digital channels including SEO, email, and social media while leveraging and managing various list partners. ● Execute digital marketing campaigns for acquisition, nurture, and cross sell digital direct marketing campaigns for broker and direct-to-group channels ● Setup landing pages, emails, social media, and all other media in Pardot to assure proper and seamless connections with list partners and accurate capture of responders for each campaign ● Actively manage Pardot scoring of all responders by campaign from initial response to qualified lead for both broker and direct-to group channels ● Manage current list partners for lead generation campaigns and identify new partners for testing across all channels ● Optimize database of existing leads with past sales for cross selling campaigns to promote additional future sales activity ● Setup all campaigns, including splits and sub-campaigns, in Pardot and SalesForce for accurate tracking of all test variables from top to bottom of funnel ● Provide accurate reporting to track results by campaign from top to bottom of funnel (opens, clicks, click throughs, qualified leads, nurtures, wins, and closed) ● Establish, manage, and continuously optimize campaign plans with disciplined data driven decision making process for future rollouts and tests based on results across all variables (list, creative, copy, product, etc.) on an ongoing basis ● Partner with Sales on lead nurturing and follow up ● Partner with Marketing on analysis of campaign results on content, creative, and copy for optimization and future rollouts and tests Show less
