Included with this I meet with struggling chapters and host 4 workshops for fraternities and sororities to come together and develop strategies that they can bring back to their individual chapters. In the end I helped increase the all Undergraduate Fraternity Men’s GPA from 2.7 to 2.9 in one semester. I manage and oversee academic progress and goals for all 20 fraternities at CSU.
