Senior Development Engineer
-
Aug 2019 - May 2022
As the Senior Development Engineer, I was able to apply my broad experience in development engineering and civil engineering to provide high level engineering advice for development proposals to ensure the best planning and engineering outcomes are achieved. I had managed infrastructure projects that are fit-for-purpose that meet community expectations. My active involvement in a wide variety of projects has provided me with further understanding of Development Engineering issues from planning through to taking over of contributed infrastructure assets. Furthermore, I had provided professional engineering advice for the Council's new planning scheme codes and the Design & Construction Policy. Achievements: • Developed the current operational work and DA approval condition suites for the Council, check lists for pre-start meetings and on and off maintenance inspections. This has introduced more structured approach and a guideline and increased the efficiency of the processes by 90%. Show less
