Accountable for the day to day running of the internal and external development of Balls Park, a £7M project converting a grade 1 listed building into 13 luxury apartments completed November 2012. After the completion of Balls Park I took on the internal and external management of Warley Hospital, a £37M award winning development. I completed the refurbishment of the Chapel, the most valuable block within the development and continued throughout the refurbishment of the main hospital. This included but was not limited to all groundworks, services and finishes to the surrounding gardens. Duties: • Responsible for ensuring best value is obtained for the project including supplier base, use of internal and external resources. • Maintaining and completing Project Key Performance Indicators. • Writing detailed and summarised project progress reports. • Identifying any contract variations. • Tracking activities against detailed project plans. • Updating project plans to include agreed changes. • Management of sub-contractors. • Responsible for all aspects of health & safety. • Chair weekly project review meetings with sub-contractors. • Produce and issue detailed build programmes. • Ensuring the efficient hand over of each unit. • Taking care of any maintenance issues with current tenants.
