My job is to talk to customers about their business objectives, technology challenges and aspirations-and John is the brains behind the operation who creates the solutions that help our customers acheive those aims. Many a time has John stayed behind or stayed up late (sorry Mrs Rider!) to help write some great content. A great guy to know and work with, John keeps spirits high in the office with his Yorkshire humour whilst providing a valueable service to me and the Account Management team.
