Working in the Risk Insights & Analytics team, John has managed and mitigated risk for the business unit on a day-to-day basis by developing and uplifting key business controls and assurance activities. - Data ReconciliationWorking with a large investment bank, John has created an automated ETL process to reconcile source and target data. The process involved, data mapping, analysis and creating reports via SQL/Power BI to provide interactive visualisation which increased the business intelligence capabilities by 30%. John worked closely with SMEs to understand the business and the business rules for data transformation as well as the scope of data to be migrated.- Data MigrationWorking with one of the top Australian universities, John has migrated financial data from LegacySystem to Workday Platform via Clover ETL.
