  At present I am responsible for the allocation of equipment for all projects, submitting business cases to SLT and providing advice on which projects should be taken on. In addition I carry out the logistics of equipment, ensuring it is delivered in a timely manner and in the most cost effective way and also oversee the mobs and demobs of equipment that comes through our bases. There is also a need to work closely with the proposals team liaising on what kit is available and what would be the best to use for specific jobs. I have daily communication with the projects team regarding transportation of equipment and what equipment is required for jobs. Finally, interface with customers is also a major part of the job role including putting framework agreements in place with our main suppliers. Show less
