I led and managed the NSW Shadow Scoping Study on the Commonwealth Government's potential monetisation of the Australian Rail Track Corporation (ARTC) and the Melbourne to Brisbane Inland Rail. This role going forward manages the all policy aspects that facilitate NSW working collaboratively with the Commonwealth Government and the ARTC to deliver the Inland Rail project. Additionally, this role provides and manages the development of strategic rail freight policy issues to enhance the capacity, efficiency and reliability of the NSW rail freight network. Further, I managed a range of Registrations of Interest, Expressions of Interest and Tenders which had a total asset value over $1 billion. On EOI and Tender was for the disused Cowra Lines. For each procurement I was further responsible for managing all probity, conflicts of interest and corporate governance compliance issues.
