I worked with John Paul in his capacity as Legislative Liason for DGS and as Director of the SW Regional Governor's Office. John Paul impressed me with his lack of ego, given the circles in which he operated, and operated very effectively. I have met few lawyers who could match his ability to not only understand, but to identify with his clients. JPJ was concerned more about people and processes than with bureaucracy and politics. He is reliable, honest, and industrious. I highly recommend him.
