  Responsibility: To oversee a workforce of over 1500 scaffolders ensuring all project rules and regulations are maintained. Co-ordination with the main Client, JGC and Company Ras Gas in all scaffolding access/support requirements.in control of 2 Trains 600m long and 24m heigh, Ensuring all schedules is maintained in a safe manner and within budget.I trained all scaffolders how to implament manuale handling SG4-10 on site and trained them to improve their scaffolding skills, and to date we have contributed to a world record 100 million man hours with no recordable incidents or LTI. Duties: Ensuring that all scaffolding related duties are carried out safely and efficiently, in line with the relevant BS-EN and site scaffolding procedures. Designing and developing Risk Assessments related to specific tasks. Developing JHA related to specific Tasks. Conducting Safety meetings related to scaffolding works Ensuring that all inspections were carried out and in line with the Scaff tag safe systems of working. Responsible for ensuring that all works are carried out and completed within deadlines and budgets. Coordinating daily duties. To carry out random and scheduled Harness inspection Responsible for the coordination and organization of complex and standard scaffolds. Monitoring lower tier contractors and the budgets related to the areas of work.   Scaffolding work carried out involved BS EN 12811/TG20 following SG04 0S related practices. I was also responsible for scaffolding related duties within the company project. . Due to my efforts the project was Completed ahead of schedule. The HSE records on completion of the project was perfect with no recordable incident accident. This was due to my strict compliance with HSE guidelines that were laid out on the project. My duties and responsibility for all Scaffolding related duties, were for the construction, scheduling, relating to the main areas related to the start up of the Electrical substations ASU units for Qatar Pearl GTL project. There were more than 800 scaffolders under my direct control at the peak of construction. Other duties included;  Implementation of the Project Safety plan.  Produce and develop the Project Scaffolding Training/Orientation Plan.  HSE requirements applied in line with the Project HSE Procedures related to scaffolding.  Ensuring that all scaffolding works were carried out safely and incompliance with BS-EN 12811, TG20.
