John is very much a people person. He is hardworking, reliable, trustworthy and fun to deal with. His unwavering empathic leadership approach brings an air of comradary to anything he is involved with. A successful Programme Manager with a technical software background, John truly appreciates people and their value whilst maintaining a focus to deliver sometimes very challenging technical programmes for key Ultra customers worldwide. John simply delivers on his promises and, in my decade of experience working with him, he has never failed to do that. Over our time at Energy, John took on the extra assignment of a leading a team I had worked alongside since I was a graduate - they meant a lot to me, and they still do. The amount of care and personal effort John expended to ensure they were successful in an ever changing environment was impressive. That continues today. If I ever need Programme Management advice, John is my first port of call. I would, without hesitation, recommend him to any business that was lucky enough to capture him!
