  Using computer programs, many reports, and my 27 years of experience at SCP I monitor incoming Sales Orders, Current Outstanding Purchase Orders, current Production Floor Input/Output and Inventory Levels to ensure customer orders are handled and shipped in a timely fashion. I schedule (or reschedule) purchase orders in or out and maintain production activities as necessary to maintain a cost effective inventory vs customer order load.
