  Set the machines up to run all different kinds of polymers such as PET(PTA/DMT), Polypropylene, Haylar, Nylon(6-10, 6-6,6-12),PPS, and all the additives concentrates used with those including CDI which is used for hydrolysis resistance. Built dies with proper screens and proper die hole sizes for each mono-filament product. Stripped the machine down and cleaned it. Made adjustments to get it in and maintain spec. took results from QA to ensure the machine is running with in customer specifications. Show less
