  During this time I worked independently from our main recruiting office, where I was solely responsible for an area in excess of 4000 square miles that covered 28 high schools and one community college. While performing my duties as a recruiter I consistently produced the required results under strict deadlines with minimal oversight. I prospected for, interviewed, screened, and successfully processed for enlistment more than 50 applicants into the United States Marine Corps while exceeding quality metrics. I counseled young men and women on career decisions based on their interests, experience, and aptitude. I prepared applicants physically, mentally, and emotionally for the challenges of the Marine Corps with attrition well below standard. This was accomplished by creating and implementing development plans unique to each individual to set them up for success based on their skills and experience at the time, along with regular one-on-one and group mentorship sessions.
