I’ve known John for the last 8 years and he has consistently been a source of knowledge and advice, particularly on all things retail! His natural enthusiasm and tenacious desire for knowledge is always apparent and covers a very wide spectrum of interests. This is evidenced by the range of in-depth and well-received papers John has written and published as well as the areas in which he has been asked to consult. I helped support John as a founding Director of Welbeck Retail Management and have watched with interest as the company has been the vehicle for many opportunities since.
