Host of Johnny Maraca's Rock and Roll Riot, produced, researched and voiced by John O'Mara. Show was cancelled in January of 2018 because 97- 7 the Beach updated its playlist to eliminate everything prior to 1970, and the Riot was primarily '50s and '60s.

When I lived in Owen Sound, I went to many Junior A hockey games and wrote a few "how they're doing away from home" pieces about players for their hometown newspapers. I still had this clipping, about mild-mannered goalie Corey Roberts. Though, during a bench-clearing brawl, he skated the length of the ice and beat the crap out of the opposing goalie. Corey never made the NHL or even the minors though he did go on to play University hockey in PEI.
