Subsidiary businesses include a surgical wholesaler with national B2B profile and generic manufacturing facility. Pharmacy group turnover of £900m, EBITDA of £67m and over 6,500 employees nationwide.- Increased turnover from £540m to £771m - Improved EBITDA performance from £50m to £67m- Delivered major integration change project, including store re-branding and investment of £19m in a fully automated National Distribution Centre.- Strengthened store portfolio with an investment of £5m on store relocations- Secured and implemented £6m investment in new IS platforms including EPOS and industry leading stock and margin control system which delivered 1% improvement in gross margin and 50% reduction in wastage- Launched a new fully transactional e-pharmacy website- Diversified into new markets including outpatient dispensing, winning contracts to procure pharmacy services to hospital trusts- Led a £25m investment in MHRA approved generics manufacturing plant in Tianjin, China
