  Our experience with the NEC form of contract continues to grow. We have just completed the new 6th Form Building for Bohunt School, making a saving on the tender price, and agreeing the final account a week after completion. If you have a new build or refurbishment project in mind we can pilot you through all the processes from inception to completion, including feasibility, detailed design, planning approval, building control approval, tender documentation and contract administration. We also undertake the Health and Safety duties required by the CDM Regulations. We use the latest BIM (Building Information Modelling) software to produce intelligent 3D models of your project that can provide your facilities manager with a lasting legacy of information for use during the lifetime of the building.
